the symbolism does not cease!

after months of pre-pubescent-esque grudge relations between belgrade and pristina, agreements have finally been made to establish some sort of communication between tadic and rugova. of course, a simple drive up to belgrade would tilt the political emphasis towards serbia, a move the scarf-adorned rugova knows all to well to avoid. tadic's visit to kosovo was apparently an inopportune time for any sort of meeting between the leaders too, as rugova was probably making busy aligning the masses to push kosovo's independence. so, after all this time, where better to meet than berlin? it seems only fitting that such an important meeting would take place in a location that would reveal the real politics of what will happen, and who will really be making the decisions....insanity!
